A 66-year-old man who uses a wheelchair and was robbed and beaten outside his Miami apartment building believes a gang of thieves is targeting Metrorail riders.

Surveillance cameras captured video of the attack on Celedono Cabrera on May 8 at about 1:30 p.m. Miami-Dade police said Cabrera was in the parking lot at his apartment complex in the 200 block of Northwest 54th Street when two young men robbed him.
