First he rants at his car. Then decides to relieve himself on it. Fair enough, if that's your thing. But this drunk man took it one step too far when he got behind the wheel. The camera operator saw, called 999 and he was busted. The courts dished out a 20 month driving ban, £190 fine, referral order and he also had to pay the court's costs of £100. While a camera crew were taping an accident scene with a possible drunk driver another car plowed into the crashed car.
1of 3 people inside was hurt and taken to a nearby hospital.
The LAPD suspects both drivers were under the influence and conducted roadside tests.
