San Antonio Artist Ron Rocha speaks at the forum held on the Treaty of Guadalupe Hildalgo in January 2009. He talks about the history of painting indigenous and Aztec art. His murals are displayed in various restaurants around the city. The forum was to discuss the effects of this treaty on the indigenous, or Indian people from Mexico and the U.S.
