A policeman in Seattle has been caught on tape while punching a teenager girl in the face. The incident happened when the 17-year-old girl tried to intervene while the policeman was struggling to handcuff another girl. Reportedly, that other girl was jaywalking when she was stopped by the cop. She then refused to join him to his car and the fight began. The scene happened in front of numerous witnesses.
