Brown Pelicans are protected by law in California. They are migratory birds, traveling between Mexico and San Francisco. Santa Barbara is a big stop for them every year. However, Santa Barbara does not have enough planning/design for them. Brown Pelicans' habitats are sometimes disturbed by people. This video shows three children near Santa Barbara Stearn's Wharf throw stone to pelicans during pelicans were resting. Parents should have taught them the importance of loving animals.

the motion of pelicans walking is really lovely and cute. They were resting on the surface of the ocean and were blown by wind to the beach. then they started to walk and sit down.
