On August 28th 2010 over 100 cities around the world came together to protest against stoning and the pending execution of Iranian mother Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani under the brutal Islamic Republic of Iran. Among those cities was Glasgow where the Anti-Injustice Movement, The Love Police and their supporters held a protest, as did their AIM comrades in Puerto Rico and Canada.

The Anti-Injustice Movement stood united for the Green Revolution of Iran but denounced both Political Islam and Western Militarism in equal measures with shouts of "Support the Green Revolution but War is not the Solution!" The day was a great success, as it was for the AIM in Niagrara, Canada and San Juan, Puerto Rico, and around the globe. This is a video of AIM Glasgow (where AIM Global HQ is located) taking AIM against stoning with a mixture of activism, street poetry, humour and muffins.

Check us out www.antiinjusticemovement.com for more info and don't forget to peep The Love Police site at www.cveitch.org

Both organizations are always looking for new members from around the globe so if you want to put the 'active' in activism or spit truth at the hurling masses via Hip-Hop, Art or Spoken Word then contact Santa Maria on theaim@hotmail.co.uk
