About 300 people gathered outside Hazelwood coal fired power station for a work party on the 350.org day of global climate action. The crowd heard from a couple of speakers, including Shaun, before marching to the front gate where a solar power tower was erected to show the need to replace Hazelwood, one of the most carbon polluting power stations in the industrial world, with solar power and other renewable energy systems. |
